Obagi Blue Peel Radiance

A superficial peel that leaves skin visibly brighter and smoother, with little to no downtime. It uses a blend of salicylic, glycolic and lactic acids to lift dull, tired surface cells and even out tone.

Best for: dullness, uneven texture, mild pigmentation, congestion, pre-event glow Downtime: minimal — some light flaking for a few days Course: typically a series of treatments spaced two to four weeks apart 

 

Obagi Radiance Peel Course

A structured programme of peels designed to build results progressively. Ideal if you're addressing a longer-standing concern such as sun damage or post-acne marks rather than looking for a single refresh.

Best for: pigmentation, sun damage, post-inflammatory marks, ageing skin

What to expect

Consultation. We assess your skin, discuss your concerns and medical history, and agree a plan. If a peel isn't right for you, we'll say so and suggest an alternative.

Preparation. Some treatments require priming with homecare products for two to four weeks beforehand. This improves results and reduces the risk of irritation.

Treatment. 

Aftercare. We'll give you clear instructions and, where relevant, products to support healing. Daily SPF is essential after any peel.

Will my skin peel?

It depends on the treatment. Blue Peel Radiance usually causes light flaking around days two to four. Deeper treatments involve more visible peeling. We'll tell you exactly what to expect beforehand.

How many treatments will I need?

Most people see a difference after one, but a course of four to six gives the best and longest-lasting results. Your practitioner will recommend a plan at consultation.

Is it suitable for darker skin tones?

Many Obagi treatments are, but pigmented skin needs careful assessment and preparation. This is something we'll discuss thoroughly at consultation.

Can I have a peel before an event?

Yes, but plan ahead. Allow at least a week to ten days before an important date so any flaking has fully settled.

 

Are there reasons I couldn't have a peel?

Pregnancy, breastfeeding, recent isotretinoin use, active cold sores and certain skin conditions may mean we postpone or recommend something different. Please mention anything relevant at consultation.
