We take great pride in the quality of our skincare. Each product is designed with care and created to deliver a refined and effective experience.
Unopened Products
Should you wish to return your cleanser, unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must remain in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Opened Products
For reasons of hygiene and product integrity, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used skincare items unless the product is faulty or has arrived damaged.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In the rare event that your cleanser arrives damaged or is found to be faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and supporting images. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Change of Mind
We are unable to offer refunds on opened products due to change of mind.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our client care team at hello@carolinebalazs.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment upon receipt and inspection of the item.
Shipping
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless an error has occurred on our part or the item is confirmed as faulty.
